Naviance
What is Naviance?
I know that graduation seems far away, but four years goes by fast and there’s lots to do along they way! Each school year, the Counselors will meet with you to share what you should currently be thinking about/doing to prepare for life after graduation. We’ll help you explore your strengths and interests and then use that information to make a career goal and create a plan.
For the past 4 years, all students have used Naviance as the main tool for career and college research and planning. For the 2024-2025 school year, we will be transitioning to School Links. To ensure a smooth transition, current seniors will still use Naviance to finish high school. 9th-11th graders will be introduced to School Links. More info TBA.
To learn more about Naviance, you can watch the Naviance Student Tour and Overview video. Students can explore all that Naviance has to offer at any time by logging in through Clever using the instructions listed below. There’s a “Show Me How” button in the lower right hand corner of Naviance if you need help.

TEACHERS: How to submit/send student letters of recommendation through Naviance
Students should first find out if their college requires letters of recommendation. If so, the student should fill out the Teacher/Counselor Questionnaire in Naviance. The student should then ask the teacher IN PERSON if they can write a letter of recommendation and informs them of the filled out questionnaire, to help them write the letter. The student then puts the official request in Naviance and the teacher will upload the letter to Naviance and send it out.
Here are instructions for submitting letters of recommendation: Naviance Quick Guide for Teachers and Naviance Teacher Desk Reference Guide.
Teachers, please contact Email Elaina Kalantzis if you have any questions or issues.
