Hi Juniors! The College & Career Counselor, Mrs. Hurst, met with you all last month during your English classes to discuss the research and planning required for life after graduation. Many resources are available on Naviance and the PNHS College & Career Center website. Meeting with College Admissions Representatives is a critical part of the college research process. These visits offer students an opportunity to show demonstrated interest in a college and to learn more about a college’s history, admission criteria, top majors, and campus life.

District 202 high school juniors have the chance to broaden their academic horizons with the help of a special grant to help pay for a summer extended learning experience –whether in person, or virtually.
The Plainfield Foundation for Excellence will award multiple “Horizon Grants” totaling up to $4,000 to current high school juniors from District 202’s four high schools and Plainfield Academy.
